Skincare Before & After Your Session

Before your session
Remove makeup, sunscreen, and skincare residue. Wash with a gentle cleanser, rinse thoroughly, and pat your face and neck dry.

During your session

After your session
Apply your usual, well-tolerated hydrating serum and moisturizer. Finish your daytime routine with broad-spectrum sunscreen.

What should stay off your skin during treatment?

Do not layer makeup, sunscreen, facial oils, thick creams, or ordinary sheet masks beneath the device unless the manufacturer specifically confirms compatibility.

Using active ingredients or prescription skincare?

If your routine includes retinol, prescription retinoids, exfoliating acids such as AHAs or BHAs, benzoyl peroxide, or other acne treatments, ask your dermatologist or prescriber how to combine them with LED use. Do not assume they are suitable immediately before or after a session.

How to Use

1. Charge and prepare. Charge the device and read the supplied manual before your first session.

2. Cleanse your skin. Remove makeup and skincare products, gently cleanse your face and neck, and pat dry.

3. Fit the mask. Position the face and neck pieces, adjust the straps comfortably, and use the included eye patches according to the manual.

4. Connect the controller. Attach the mask cable to the handheld controller.

5. Choose your settings. Press and hold the power button to switch on. Press briefly to cycle through the colors, then use the energy button to select an intensity level according to the manual.

6. Take your ten minutes. The device automatically switches off after 10 minutes. Follow the manual’s recommended treatment frequency.

7. Finish your routine. Remove the mask and apply your usual, well-tolerated aftercare products.
