How to Use

Clean and dry your skin. Apply conductive gel, body lotion, or a water-based skincare product to the target area.
Long press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on — the display will light up. Device defaults to EMS mode.
Press the mode button to select your desired mode (EMS, SLIM, RF, or SLIM+RF).
Glide slowly over the target area — belly, waist, arms, legs, or butt.
After your session, long press the power button for 2 seconds to turn off.
Wipe the device clean and store properly.

Cannot be used while charging — fully charge before use. When the red battery indicator flashes, charge the device. Charge once a month even during extended storage.
