Refund policy


Refunds 

We offer refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue

A brief description of the problem

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used beauty products

Items returned without original packaging

Items damaged through customer misuse

Orders placed with an incorrect address

We also do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item once verified.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit or shows no movement for several days, contact us at hello@auraselfbeauty.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Depending on the carrier’s confirmation, a replacement or refund may be issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
